Good preparation and following instructions are part of the result. Here are general recommendations; the surgeon will give you your own.
Before
Stop smoking several weeks before. Tell us about your treatments and medical history. Avoid aspirin and some supplements. Keep a stable weight.
On site
Blood test and anaesthesia consultation. Night(s) at the clinic depending on the procedure, then rest at the hotel with check-ups.
Return
Flight approved by the surgeon. Compression stockings on the plane. Compression garment depending on the procedure.
Recovery
Gradual return to activities. No intense sport or sun exposure for a few weeks. Photo follow-up with the team.

Who will operate on me?
A plastic surgeon from an Istanbul clinic. Their name and background are shared with you before you come [TO BE SPECIFIED FOR EACH SURGEON].
Can I combine several procedures?
Yes, within certain limits of operating time and depending on your health: the surgeon decides what is reasonable in one go (for example liposuction + tummy tuck).
When can I fly?
The surgeon gives the go-ahead at the final check-up, usually at the end of the stay. The recommended length for each procedure is shown on this page and in your quote.
What are the risks?
As with any surgery, there are risks (haematoma, infection, scarring, anaesthesia-related complications). They are explained during the consultation, and the pre-operative check-up helps to limit them.
Should I come with someone?
It is recommended but not compulsory. Our team and the interpreter are with you on site; the hotel can host a companion [CONDITIONS TO BE SPECIFIED].
What happens after I return home?
We follow your recovery remotely (photos, WhatsApp) with the surgeon. It is also advisable to keep your own doctor informed of the procedure.
