The group stays at the same hotel, the Legacy Ottoman, in the historic Sirkeci district. Your French-speaking coordinator organises the airport welcome, the transfers to the clinic and everyone’s appointment schedule.
Treatments do not all take the same time: a hair transplant needs about 3 days on site, dental veneers about a week. Your coordinator sets the dates so the group spends as much time together as possible, and suggests gentle ways to enjoy Istanbul between appointments.

Frequently asked questions about group treatment
How does the 10% discount work?
As soon as the group has at least 2 patients, each patient gets a 10% discount on their own quote. Companions who have no treatment do not count as patients.
Do we have to be from the same family?
No. Family, couple, friends, colleagues: just send one group quote request and come on the same stay.
Can two people have a hair transplant together?
Yes. Two people (or more) can have their hair transplant on the same stay, each with their own diagnosis and treatment plan.
Can people in the same group have different treatments?
Yes. Each person chooses their own treatment: one can come for dental care, another for a hair transplant. The stay is organised so that everyone is looked after on the same dates.
Do we have to arrive on the same day?
It is ideal for transfers, but not required. Some treatments need a longer stay: your coordinator adapts everyone’s schedule.
Does each person get their own quote?
Yes. Each patient sends their file and gets their own medical opinion and quote. Everyone’s medical information stays confidential.
Can a companion come without treatment?
Yes. Select “Companion” for that person: they are accommodated and transferred with the group.
